Customs clearance and brokerage
We act as intermediaries in customs procedures for the import and export of goods. We assist with the preparation and submission of customs documentation, communication with customs authorities, and the coordination of all necessary formalities to ensure the process is fast, accurate, and free of unnecessary delays. Whether it involves imports from third countries or exports from the EU, we provide support through all key steps of the customs procedure.
Shipping and customs documents
We act as intermediaries and provide support in preparing the accompanying documentation for your shipments, including bills of lading such as CMR, B/L and AWB, transit documents T1/T2, EUR.1 certificates of origin, invoices, packing lists and other documents required for the smooth flow of goods. We assist in verifying documentation and aligning it with applicable requirements before dispatch, in order to reduce the likelihood of delays, errors or additional queries during the transport and customs clearance process.
Incoterms consulting
We help you understand who bears costs, risks and responsibilities at each point of delivery. We explain the differences between Incoterms rules — EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP and others — and advise which terms best suit your business model and type of goods. Correctly chosen Incoterms save money and reduce risk.
Cargo insurance
We arrange cargo insurance for every shipment — protecting the full value of your cargo on the entire route. Regardless of transport mode, we work with insurers to offer coverage tailored to the type of goods, route and risk. In the event of damage, we also assist with the claims and compensation process.
